Position Overview:
Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic online startup environment? 10BestInCity.com is offering an exciting HR internship opportunity as part of our Summer Internship Program (SIP) 2023. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into HR processes, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Onboarding:
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics.
HR Administration:
Assist Head of HR with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, filing, and data entry.
Employee Engagement:
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and activities.
Assist in HR Projects:
Participate in various HR projects, such as policy development, employee surveys, and process improvements.
Documentation:
Help maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Compliance:
Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Ad hoc tasks:
Support the HR team with any additional tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.
Duration:
This Internship opportunity is part of our Winter to Summer Internship Program (SIP) 2023 and will last for 3-6 Monts starting from 15 Sept 2023
