Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Inbound Sales to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth through inbound sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful inbound sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: 

Develop and implement a comprehensive inbound sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Team Leadership: 

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inbound sales professionals, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.

Revenue Growth: 

Drive revenue growth through inbound sales channels, including website inquiries, email inquiries, and phone calls.

Customer Engagement: 

Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, from initial inquiry through to conversion.

Sales Analytics: 

Utilize data and analytics to track, measure, and report on key sales metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Process Improvement: 

Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Market Research: 

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging best practices in inbound sales.

Sales Training: 

Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

Sales Forecasting: 

Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, working closely with finance and senior management.


Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in inbound sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Innovative and strategic thinking.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Travel industry experience is a plus.
